For commissioners under 18

- If you are under 18, you must supply contact information for a parent or guardian. I have the right to contact your parent/guardian of an under-aged client, to ensure that there is no breach in the terms of service, and the client is able to pay for the commission.

Payment

- Payment is due up-front before any work is begun and is accepted through PayPal only

Refunds

- I am allowed to issue full refunds which is only given when I am unable to complete a commission.

- I am also allowed to cancel the commission at any time due to harassment, improper conduct, or poor communication. You will receive the piece with a reduced refund based on the amount of the piece completed.

Decline of offers

- I have the right to refuse any commission request without needing to explain the reason. (however, I will likely explain reasoning for decline out of courtesy).

Commission description

- You must specify the content of your commission to the best of your ability and provide references if possible. A complex commission (Such as complex poses, clothes, hair, etc.) will incur additional illustration fees.

Deadlines

- I will not work with strict deadlines. I usually finish a commission within a few weeks up to a month depending on the complexity of the drawing and my schedule. I will only accept rush orders if I know I can finish the commission in time.

- You are free to ask me for previews at any time during the creation process.

For personal commissions

- You're purchasing my labor only. You may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the commission. You may not edit, alter, or trace the commission without my permission. I also retain full copyright for any preliminary designs and incidental works made in the creation of the commission, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Public display and use

- You may display and use the work you commissioned publicly as long as my name "Hanhan" is displayed prominently alongside "bit.ly/HanhanPx" and or "@HanhanPx" for my social medias. You may not profit from my artwork without my permission.

Promotion

- I may use any commissioned for promotional purposes.

- You need to tell me in advance if you want me to delay the public display of the image and define the time span.

- Complicated backgrounds

Won't draw:

- NSFW

- Extreme gore

- Super masculine men

- Realism

- Full mechas

- Furries

May draw (ask first)

- Ecchi

- Light gore

- Simple sci-fi/mecha (robotic limbs, machines, weapons, cyborgs, cyberware)
